I couldn't think of anything extra interesting to blog about this week, so it's going to be a music video post. To make things a little more interesting and challenging for me, I decided to make a song chain where the next song has one word in the title from the previous song. Then, to make it harder, I chose the first and last songs and tried to fill in the rest.
Except for the ones that are obvious filler, I LOVE all these songs, so give them a listen!!

Bad Medicine
Hey There!
Question: Are you a fan of music from the '80s? More specifically, are you a fan of Bon Jovi's music? Well, we are! So much so that yesterday, we got together with our friends Chris from Luther Higgs (www.myspace.com/lutherhiggs) and Dan from the Koalas (http://koalasband.blogspot.com/) for a Jovi Jam. That's right, a Jovi Jam. And it was awesome.

...And many more Bon Jovi classics! We had a glorious time playing those Jovi tunes yesterday. Hopefully we'll hit the stage with our Bon Jovi covers soon...

Five Days In May
Hey!
So for the past week I feel like I've completely lost track of the days of the week since I've had a week off between school and starting work and my new stage next week. It's been fantastic. To wake up on a Wednesday and think it's Saturday or to wake up on a Saturday thinking it's Sunday and then realizing that it's still only Saturday is great. This will all end for me on Monday of course, but it's been nice!!!
So this week I bought tickets for two shows that I am so excited for! 1) Blue Rodeo 2) Craig Ferguson!!! I'm super stoked for both and I just finished Craig Ferguson's book (I bought the audiobook so I can listen to his soothing Scottish accent) so I'm looking even more forward to seeing him live.
Last night Diana, Vanessa and I went to the Apple Store downtown to see a FREE Sam Roberts Band show! Diana and Vanessa went last year when Stars came but this was my first show at the Apple store. Despite my love/hate relationship with Apple I have to say, it was really cool and intimate to see a show there. Plus it was free so that's even more amazing. It was sweet because the guys stuck around after and we were able to say hi. Their kids were there too which was super duper adorable too. Why Don't You Get a Job?
HUMILIATION POST!
Well this week something special happened, one of us FINALLY forgot to blog! We're so overly organized that it's taken so long for this to happen and frankly, I never thought it would!
Vanessa is at stake here today. Diana and I decided we would come up with a number of different careers that Vanessa can choose should she decide that the band is no longer for her. Here are her only other options:
